Venturing Religious Life

Programs for Young Men and Young Women
Seeking Adventure and Challenges.

Arts and Hobbies is just one of five interest areas in Venturing. Within Religious Life are many varied focus areas including Community Service, Senior Citizen Assistance, Youth Ministry, Ethical Controversies, just to name a few.

In most Religious Life crews, the Venturers work on their Religious Emblem Awards. You can read about the emblem of your faith on our Religious Life page.

As an individual Venturer, you probably have many interests or would like to have more. You might join a crew because you have strong interest in one area, but want to do more. Nothing is stopping you or your crew! You can specialize in one or two things and still explore the many other things that Venturing has to offer. Religious Life crews frequently venture out on the sea or go on land-based high adventure activities, try arts & hobbies or play sports.

Because of that desire on your part and to give you a pathway to many different experiences, the Venturing Bronze Award is wide open to you. You can even earn all five Bronze awards, it's up to you!
